Description
To make a claim on the final Tiktok Sales this deposit needs to be purchased after you've made a successful claim & have been requested to do so.
The $20 is a non-refundable deposit that will be taken off of your final invoice.
If you fail to make payment for your order or you have not communicated with me prior, then you forfeit the $20 non-refundable deposit you have paid.
Claiming:
First person to claim via story, Tiktok post or message.
Claiming is committing to purchase, I do not allow put backs or change of mind.
Basket Terms:
No Open Boxes, items will be sent out between 26th May - 5th June
Postage:
Postage is $20 Australia Wide, up to $100 order value includes insurance. Insurance is an optional extra.
Payment Terms:
Your order will be emailed to you Sunday 24th May, payment required by Lunch time Monday 25th May.
Afterpay, Paypal, Shop Pay, Pay in 4 & Bank Transfer available.

Shipping
Postage is $15 Australia Wide and includes 'Extra Cover' providing loss or damage cover for your order amount.
Open Boxes are available if your order is under $50 on my Live Sale, the open box will only be open for the next Live Sale then will be sent out.
Express Post & International Shipping is available please contact us for a quote.
We aim to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Once an order is processed, we’ll do our best to dispatch orders within 1-5 business days.
We ask for your patience as this handling period may vary, for example, if we have a high volume of orders.
You acknowledge that we’re not liable for any delay in dispatch of your order.
Delivery times will vary between orders – we’ll do our best to let you know when to expect your delivery, however this is largely dependent on the delivery service provider. As a guide, your orders within Australia should arrive, depending on your location within 2-17 Business Days as stated on the Australia Post website, unless advised otherwise.
Refunds & Returns
Cancellations
We do not do refunds or order cancellations for change of mind. When you purchase from us, you are committing to your purchase.
Damages and issues
Please note: Our Crystals are authentic gifts from Earth. Because of their natural origin, they often feature unique geological fingerprints such as inclusions, chips, indents, surface cracks, cavities or other imperfections. These are not signs of damage- they are what make every crystals one-of-a-kind and add to it's character and energy.
Returns or exchanges due to these natural characteristics will not be accepted. We photograph and describe items as accurate as possible, including any notable features visible.
Please inspect your package as soon as you receive it.
If anything is damaged, defective or and incorrect item/s please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and arrange a suitable remedy.
If your goods are lost or damaged during transit, please make sure that you keep all of your packaging to lodge your claim with Australia Post.

Refunds & Returns
We can not do returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
We have a 14-day return policy, to be eligible for a return within 14 days of receiving your item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in it's original packaging.
You are responsible for shipping costs to return your item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
