For New Customers to make a claim on a Live Sale this deposit needs to be purchased after your first successful claim in the live.
The $10 is a non-refundable deposit that will be taken off of your final invoice.
If you fail to make payment for your order or you have not communicated with me prior, then you forfeit the $10 non-refundable deposit you have paid.
Claiming:
To Claim in the Live Sale please type 'Claim' 'cl' or 'Sold' + the Claim code on the item. Ie. Claim SS1. The first person on my screen will win that item.
Claiming is committing to purchase, I do not allow put backs or change of mind.
Basket Terms:
You can have an open basket up to 6 weeks. Payment must be still be made within 24 hours of invoices sent out. Just let me know when you would like to post and I will send you your Invoice with postage costs.
Postage:
Postage is $20 Australia Wide. Insurance is no longer included but can be provided and is highly recommended.
Insurance is based on order value and you will only be charged at my discounted rate. Express post is also available.
Orders are posted in 1-3 days after receiving payment, busy times may be a little longer processing time, I will notify you if this is the case.
Payment Terms:
Your invoice will be emailed usually by 10am (WA Time) the day following the Live and payment is required within 24 hours.
Afterpay, Paypal, Shop Pay, Pay in 4 & Bank Transfer available.
